Does it work in Microsoft Outlook?
Yes. The output uses strictly inline CSS and HTML tables — the only layout method that Outlook 2019, Office 365, and legacy mail clients reliably support. No flexbox, no grid, no external stylesheets.
Do you store my photos or data?
No. The tool uses local browser APIs (FileReader + Base64 encoding) to embed your images directly into the signature HTML. Nothing is uploaded to our servers because we don’t have any.
Can I use a custom brand color?
Absolutely. The Design section includes a native color picker that instantly propagates your brand color to the photo border, accent line, icons, and job title across the entire signature.
Is there a limit on how many signatures I can create?
None. Refresh the page to start fresh, or use the “Reset to Default” button inside the builder. Create as many as you need.
